The institution focuses on the systematic development of every student, so regular practice is expected.

Students may approach their educator during the week for doubts and clarifications.

A regular evaluation report is shared with the student, or the guardian in the case of a minor.

Fees are to be paid by the 15th of every month.

Session cancellations are not entertained; however, in unavoidable circumstances, up to two sessions may be compensated.

Sessions cancelled by the educator will be compensated.

Fees once paid are non-refundable.

More than three unexplained missed sessions will lead to cancellation of admission at the institution.

Students may be entered for ABRSM or equivalent examinations on the teacher's recommendation, with exam preparation included in regular lessons.

Students arrange their own instrument for home practice and bring the prescribed books and materials to class.

Students and parents are expected to treat staff, fellow students, and academy property with respect. The academy may discontinue tuition in cases of persistent misconduct or non-payment.

The academy may photograph or record students during classes, recitals, and events for educational and promotional use. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish your child's images to be used.

Please inform the academy of any medical conditions. Children must be dropped off and collected punctually. The academy is not liable for personal belongings or for injury outside the scope of supervised tuition.

Fees and terms may be revised from time to time with reasonable prior notice; continued enrolment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
